You can ask the elevator manager to send a written inspection letter for the property.
You must pay the City for the full amount of the inspection.7.
What about my insurance policies?
If you’re an owner of an elevator and your elevator doesn�t meet the city�s safety standards, you may need to get your insurance policies updated.
